Essential Criteria for Employment:

Minimum of 6 months of paid experience in supporting people with disabilities

High manual handling skills and experience, such as using hoists, sliding sheets, assisting with transfers

NDIS Workers Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one

Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one

Current First Aid (HLTAID003) and CPR (HLTAID001) certificates, or willingness to obtain them

Two relevant, professional, and industry-related reference checks

Medication Administration Assistance certificate and practical experience

Cert III and Cert IV in relevant field will be favourably regarded
